It is prohibited to collect email addresses posted on this homepage using an email collection program or other technical device, and it will be punished under the Information and Communications Network Act if it is violated.

No one shall sell, distribute, or distribute email addresses collected in violation of the first paragraph. No one shall use email addresses collected in violation of the first and second paragraphs for information transmission.
